Hello again! When you are tired you may feel dizzy because you have low blood pressure – this means that the heart does not pump blood around the body as well as usual or the heart may beat a little slower than usual. If you have rest and something to eat (to increase the blood sugar level) your blood pressure will increase and you won’t feel dizzy!

      hey
one reason for this is because our breathing gets shallow and we dont get enough oxygen to our brain. Balance is usually controlled by fluid in our ears and when that fluid is moving in a different way in one ear compared to the other example after spinning for a while we can get dizzy.

The two could be linked if your body doesn’t have enough fuel (glucose) to do what you’re asking it to – a lack of glucose can lead to both tiredness/lethargy and dizziness

When you’re tired your body tries to tell you you need to rest and the dizziness can be a result of imbalances in your body like low blood pressure or blood sugar.
