In the uk the average BMI (for adults) is 25.4 which indicates people are overweight. BMI is a useful indicator for adults but doesnt account for growing rate so is not that useful for under 18’s

Hello! I think the ideal BMI is in the range of 18 to 25 depending on height and age.
