      As an academic I teach, research and manage. I teach applied psychology to managers and others. Currently I research how people develop over time and the part personality plays in that and how its affects their wellbeing. I manage some researchers and tutors. You can google me and see my CV (probably not updated) eg on the Open University site. I written books on Creativity, Parapsychology and Project work, you’d find those on Amazon.
