• Question: Is it true that exposer to too much of microwaves can cause cancer, I saw it in news people who work in the customer info. place have cancer!

      Hey good question! Well you have to be really careful about this because it depends on lots of things. If a person who is exposed to lots of microwaves gets cancer you also have to ask: was the person also a smoker? Were they healthy or unhealthy? How old were they? Was there a history of cancer in the family? All these questions are important to ask because the cancer might be to do with something else.

      there are lots of things that could cause cancers if you have too much of them or are near them for too long. most things are ok in moderation.

      I think the jury is still out on this one – if there are any effects from using things like mobile phones, they are probably relatively small (as they haven’t been obvious in the majority of studies that have been done so far) and probably only result from long-term and intensive use

      There is scientific evidence so it has to be true. Your body has a lot of control mechanisms in place to avoid cancers and when they are working properly it shouldn’t be too much of a worry.
